Beware of so called nationals lb bork wants money for nothing

I was looking for a way to get out from under the Federal governments sytem (which there is a way I just chose the wrong person) this led me to People's Awaness Coalition. Which thier site is impressive, so I contacted L.B. Bork to find out more, one of the requirements to get started was to buy a copy of his book, "The Red Amendment" Which just disects the first amenment plus alot of his opinions. (Now let me tell you what he was going to do for me, He was going to do the paperwork to change my nationality status cause when the 14th amenment was implimented it changed our status from state to federal status which puts us under a different law base than the constitutional law total cost $450.00.)

After that he wants you to request an application and contract when you get this and filling them out he wants a $225.00 app. Fee the total amount toin the form of a blank money order. Now I know what you are thinking now and you are right. But my thinking was this man was trying to free us from a deceptive and lying government so he was doing good right? Who knows. I got the app and contract and filled all of it back, What I thought was strange was in the instructions it said not to make copies of any of it but then I thought it must be a law thing you know. So I sent all that back with a $250.00 blank money order (of course I put my info on it name and adress and I thought why not pay half now and then send in the other $250.00 whith the final paperwork) I also sent him a copy of my estoppel that I filed 10yrs ago to do pretty much what he was saying he was going to do for me just so he could look it over and give me his opinion on it

Well, after I had sent it in, time past, like a month. So I sent him an email asking for a status, what I got back was kind of a suprise, he stated that he got the documents with "No Funds the envelope was empty" Now this I knew was wrong so (and I am condensing all this cause it could be REALLY long) I put a trace on the money order.in one of the emails he stated that IF for some reason he was wrong he would pay for the trace ($15.00) At this point it had been 2mos. When I got the copy of the money order I sawit had been made out to a Netux Solutions LLC I email a copy to him.

He stated "oh yeah he got that) but did not get the $200.00 with the contract I told him that NO you did'nt you got $250.00 which was more than the $200.00 and half of what was needed and once he sent the rest of the paperwork I would send in the rest. He started harping on that I did not follow instructions and he was not going to pay the $15.00 it took to prove to him that indeed I DID pay him money. This went back and forth for a month me trying to prove to him (thru his own emails) that indeed HE was stating that I had sent in NO money. To make a long story short I requested a refund of my $250.00 AND my estoppel back from him.

He stated that he was not going to refund the application fee, I stated that I did not pay no app fee I PAID his network hosting bill to Netux Solutions. I still have all the emails that was sent so if anybody wants copies I'm glad to supply. It seems that his goal is to get you to sign that contract so he does not have to be responsible for the money you pay in to pay his bills. I would not deal with man again to save my life, He ignores what makes him wrong so there is no rationalizing with him. To this date I am going to just eat the $265.00 and feel lucky that thats all he got from me. Beware of L.B. Bork and the Peoples Awarness Coalition.
