I suppose you're right-about belk. That's correct belk may be the worst place to work. I'd a same issue and we'd been managing like this. You right-about if you should be recognized individual for supervisor you'll be handle great or should you not they set all presure on different. I work on Traingle City Belk I'd a lot of protest about these problems however they didn't pay attantion. And so I was exhausted with all administration like Rich, Tony, Lauri and Linda however they do not so then I choose to contact shine point. I called and discuss that. Today they called me and stated why you ask hot-line and stated you lay to them without having investegate our issues therefore Store-Manager was informing their own tale and appears like they would like to eliminate me since I complain about them. So that they were requesting some low sence issue in my experience that will be not fit in with me as well as lay when they need to save someone's work. Well I choose to very from there of course if someone wnat to repair that issues over there so that they must fire there administration not emplyees. I'm likely to protest about that work division quickly about descrimanation.
