Screw up

Federal Express screwed-up the shipping and offered it to some Spanish woman who lives ablock over in Ny (it was your day following the Mets dropped minute sport of the Train Sequence also it appeared as if the FedEx guy really was hungover). Fedex believed to contact Microsource. The pleasant and qualified customer care man in the different finish needed care of anything and that I got my vidcard a couple of hours later.

Not Really A smooth deal, however it was obviously FedExes problem (my proper title, tackle and telephone number were about the container) and MicroSource was fast about assisting the shipping after it went wrong.

If you should be purchasing from Pricewatch, be sure you obtain the cost advertised there. I purchased off the net and got the price on MicroSource's website, not the pricewatch price. Imagine it gives to keep in touch with a human occasionally.
