Bad service

I have been purchasing out of this organization for more than 3 years now. The final purchase was positioned on-point and experienced with no issues. They've transformed the support to on line just, which did discourage me a little on a newbie, but after applying it for sometime today, I believe it is a lot more effective and faster that others telephone assistance.
