Horrible service

Terrible service, well really no service. A vm msg stating to mail site doesn't identify as customer support (this saving operates throughout their "regular business hours". They've yet to answer any emails I've delivered concerning the product which was requested but to obtained. Both occasions that I had been ready to keep in touch with somebody they explained that my purchase was to become rec'd on x day. Your day has come and eliminated. I'll never buy something from their website again. I wonder if they'renot only a large fraud and that I WOn't obtain the couch which was bought at-all?
