Very bad service

It had been my toughest buying experience ever. I've bought so-called Rocco leather sectional couch from Belfort. My spouse and that I discovered this couch in the Sterling, VA shop. We preferred its quality and requested a sale consultant to let's understand when/if it had been likely to be for sale. Therefore, a couple of days later, she approached us and we created a purchase within the telephone. Sadly, the salesman forgot to deliver us a bill for that deal.in 8 weeksapproximately, the couch was shipped, but its quality wasn't actually like the couch within the Belfort shop. The leather-type was not the same as what I've requested, it had been in terrible form, with a myriad of dents, lumps, and faulty places; pillows were uneven and had quite prominent lines. Furthermore, this couch includes two-pieces which should come up with by attached, but among the items did possess the necessary components to help make the combined. At that time of shipping, I declined to simply accept them, didn't signal the delivery slide, and created an email that I really could not take it; nevertheless, the couch was left in my own home anyhow. Obviously, I named Customer Support and required to consider the couch back and reimbursement me. A supervisor requested for pictures, so when she obtained and analyzed them, her summary was that there is nothing wrong using the couch. To my shock, she also explained that it had been a unique purchase that would be delivered only when I settled 33% restocking charge along with a price of shipping. Therefore, I'm quit having a option to pay for over one thousand bucks for nothing or even to maintain this horrible bit of...
