Terrible Customer Service

Electronics and household app.

Purchase was positioned on May 20th to get a time radio. Product was twice delivered and double invoiced. First product had many flaws and was delivered 24 hours later. I've yet to obtain a real response or perhaps a return.

I've delivered an overall total of ten emails towards the customer support division, and just get automatic replys that provide an incident quantity. The final response actually involved a declaration "within an try to solve your condition, your situation continues to be increased". It was obtained on May 1st and that I have yet to obtain another reaction.
