Terrible customer support

The corporation customer care is horrible! I delivered more than 2 hours about the telephone together plus they explained to go-to mail service. It got per week to obtain a reaction via mail and none of the links they offered me to repair the issue worked. I called again and informed them-they had an issue on the end-of customer care. They stated they might just assist me easily bought assistance - despite stating my issue might be set at no cost via email. Plus they hung-up on me!!!
