Vonage
Charged me for service which i never had would not refund the money

I called vonage by phone number listed on internet ad. Ok'd for internet service. I authorized one time payment for phone adaptor and second month of service since first month of service was stated as free. The number i was given would have charged long distance fees each and every minute i was on the net.

I called to get a local number. Vonage said that was my local number. I canceled service and requested refund. Vonage charged my card an additonal month and a discontinued charge. All total i was out $187.98 vonage refuses still to give my money back. I had no local service and never used the adaptor, did not access the internet. Vonage delayed any answer until the charged me automatically without my autorization.
