Ripoff windows instaled and are breaking one at a time inside windows

I bought this house in july, 04. The windows were installed by american siding & window. Since i moved in the window in the kitchen blew out in november. Sunday a window blew out in my bedroom. When i told a neighbor about he told me that it has happen in the past to the prior neighbor. This was not disclosed in the selling/buying of the house. The first window cost $130.00 to replace the glass. The second will probably be the same. I feel it was not disclosed when buying / selling house. When I tried contacting the company it had moved with no forwarding information. I need help. I was let go from my job and am in need of some advice. Thank You
