Three-Month Minimum Rule on Broken Rental and Constant Calls

I am writing about the Aaron's store in Daytona. If you try to send the stuff back, they say you can't, that you have to keep it for a 3-month minimum, which is OK, but the item I rented is broken.

So I tried to return it and was told I could not, or I would go to jail if I did not keep it for the 3-month minimum. So I stopped making my payments, and they call and call me at work and call my friends and mom all day every day.
