Fraudulent sale of goods

I received an email from Seller and owner Shlomie Weber regarding clothing lots for sale. After several emails and phone calls, I decided to give him a try. He said the goods were in California so I would be receiving tracking information from that office. I put my order through on Jan. 25 paying by Discover card and was promised the goods would ship the next day. One week later I had no tracking number or goods. My phone calls and emails were ignored. I advised Shlomie I was going to call the card company regarding this fraudulent sale. He finally picked up my call and said the goods were shipped but he can't get in touch with his CA man. Well, after more days of waiting, the goods still did not come and Shlomie advised they never were shipped. I told him I wanted a complete refund on my Discover card. He actually charged me $625 for the goods and $175 for shipping on 2 separate charges because he did not know how to combine them. That alone should have rung a bell in my head. Anyway, after 10 days of frustrating phone calls, he sent me an email saying the refund was being put through. Again another LIE from this thief. I called Discover after 14 days and they have no record of any refund. Their refund normally come through in 7 days or less. I have a dispute open with Discover regarding both charges and am waiting for all these funds to be credited. Be careful dealing with this company... They are scam artists.
