RE: Home Savings Mall Fraudulent Withdrawal of Funds From My Bank Account FOR MY SO CALLED MEMBERSHIP AT HOME SAVINGS MALL

To Whom it May Concern;

I demand that you refund all of the withdrawals you made from bank account for a membership I DID NOT sign up for. I have no use for a shopping service. I do not know what this service is about and I have never used this service.

My inclination is to find an attorney to bring a class action suit against this company for stealing funds from various individuals’ bank account as I am very CERTAIN that I am not you first victim or your last. Your company and Classmates dot com are going to be in deep trouble legally speaking.

I expect an immediate refund for each month since October ($19.95 a pop) through February 15 when Home Mall Savings began stealing money from my bank account.
