Ripped off for long distance Because of cheating saleperson and irresponsible AT&T company, I spent time and money

One AT&T sales person called and offered 7c/min rate with no fee and hundred or two hundred almost free minites so that I can save long distance phone bill. I agreed to switch longdistance company to AT&T.
Later, a letter from AT&T showed there is a 35c charge for each call and no extra minites. I called to AT&T and asked the difference but they ignored my call. I asked to to stop AT&T services and asked to reimburse $5 carrier change fee. The fee reimbursement also had been promised when I ordered and the reimbursement form was in the letter. But they denied to give me $5 because I cancelled the phone service.
Because of cheating saleperson and irresponsible AT&T company, I spent time and money.
