My Son spent over $80 of his birthday money on a gun from this company. The gun never worked. It was defective. I sent emails and received an automated reply that promised a response within 24 hours. I never got one. I also called the numbers listed about 10 times at different times of the day and the phone rang. No answer, no machine NOTHING! Terrible company with no customer service. They should be ashamed for taking money from kids and selling defective merchandise. I will NEVER order anything from them again and have told my friends not to also!
