Shop1Maxx sold me defective merchandise. When I emailed them regarding the issue in the amount of time given in their "return policy" I was emailed back with a promise of exchanging the defective item with a new one.
I have tried many times to contact them over the past 6 weeks with no response. I would call this fraud. They have my money and I have a defective product with a worthless promise.
