I requested a DVD through disneyshopping.com - a couple of days later its record transformed to 'sold-out.' I thought my purchase might be recognized since, as previously mentioned within the email I obtained, 'If a product becomes unavailable, you'll be informed by e-mail within 24 hours.' Nevertheless, 9 nights later, I examined the standing and observed it'dnot delivered yet.
I e mailed their CS and created an question concerning the purchase. A day later, I had been informed the product was certainly sold-out, and that I would not have it. After I responded and questioned why I had been not educated of the like their email stated I'd be, I never obtained any response whatsoever.inadequate CS, also it appears they have to maintain better monitoring of their stock.
To include insult to damage, I currently get spammed 1 or even more (!) times each day with disneyshopping.com email. Despite the fact that I unsubscribed for their emails almost 14 days before, I am STILL finding them. I eventually needed to simply inform GMail to junk them, sadly.
Atleast my charge card was never billed.
