Requested many products on-line end-of Feb.'09 totaling over $56. Charge card was billed for total quantity your day following the order was posted and an email was obtained same-day confirming my purchase. Nothing obtained by mid Feb. And so I delivered an email looking into standing. They e mailed back saying sorry theyhad program issues and my purchase could be obtained from the subsequent Wed. (2/18)... Nothing obtained on 2/18. Have sent 3 more emails seeking clarification and lastly challenging my purchase be delivered.By today, 3/3, haven't obtained any reactions to my emails. Am likely to record them to my charge card organization like a deceptive merchant which the things were never obtained. They ought to change the cost to my charge card and, ideally, pursue these criminals.
