Took money - no merchandise

I purchased product on in Mid-December. Per month later, I'dnot obtained any product, plus they advised me that will deliver in a couple of days. They delivered me a delivery Quantity. After I examined the goal delivery, it stated that fed-ex hadn't obtained supply of the site. From then till nowadays feb. 1, I've mail every five times. Every time they inform me it possibly has delivered or may deliver within 24 hours. Every time it's not. 2 weeks later, I still have not obtained any compensation or any product dispite asking 3 times. I'dnot purchase again no real matter what discount they gave me.
