Took money for a roofing job never did the work

I hired Mr. Tibbetts to repair my roof after Hurricane Ike. I gave him a rather large down payment to buy the materials. Well Mr. Tippetts has come up with every excuse in the world as to why he has not started the job. That has been 2 1/2 months ago, and now he does not answer his phone. He operates under the compny name of A 1st Roofing and Remodeling, located in Baytown, Texas. This crook is preying on innocent people, who have just went through the disaster of a hurricane, and I just found out I am not the only person he has duped. Remember this name... Ron Tibbetts.
