Ripoff He never completed Transporting my boats

Contracted with Mr. Tibbetts to move 2 boats in one from CT, and the other from WI. He moved both to IL, unloaded at a truckstop. Never completed, was fully paid. IT IS NOW I will probably start legal proceedings against him. He is not willing to show me his bonding, his interstate license, nothing.
