Kerry Tibbetts Rent Rip-off Merchants in Cayman

I rented my townhouse for 4.5 months through Kerry and Jeffrey Dyson at Island Rentals.

Towards the end of the lease, I started asking Kerry for payment of rental payments to date. My demands grew as nothing materialised in my bank account. I called and spoke with Jeffrey who was surprised, then Kerry promised me funds the next day - nothing again materialised.

I then emailed her business partner, Andre Jackson - nothing.

Then I heard that she has previously been known as Kerry Tibbetts, and may have served a prison sentence for scamming condo renters out of a Seven-mile beach office.

I have reported this to the police, and will go for her through criminal prosecution.
