Horrible customer support. I requested a 340w Enlight situation from their store and was delivered a 300w. Simply because I didn't contact them exactly the same evening when I received it because of lacking the components however to set up the situation, he (John Stacy) stated I'd need to deliver it back and spend A - 20% restocking charge, he blames it on me not studying properly when if reality it had been a mistake on the component. I've never experienced an issue such as this from every other organization I've handled in my own restricted 8 years of expertise available of creating custom pcs for my clients. Y you're compelled to cope with them I recomend just purchasing about the telephone as there site support is actually problematic. I really hope this can help everyone to prevent obtaining the correct situation having a powersupply that's not just wrong, but inadequate to deal with the machine you'll need finished in two times from breakthrough of the mistake.
