Horrible customer service

I named to discover why they put one more cost against my charge card. The person addressing the telephone went ballistic. He explained they didn't possess the 1lb that I requested so that they delivered me 2lbs and positioned another cost on my card. It was without my agreement and evidently they're not able to talk to clients at these times. Whenever you request this person why he's being so impolite, he gets worse and slamsthe telephone along.
