Horrible customer service left me in tears!

I've purchase a large number of bucks with AFW through the years and that I WON'T BUY TOGETHER AGAIN!!! Each and every period i purchased anything fresh with AFW I Have had some kind of issue using the furniture or shipping also it was usually worsened from the customer support representatives... Which BTW all be seemingly supervisors plus they are as high-up the organization hierarchy while you may rise! They're all-so rude and CHILLY to any type of issue I Have had! I am just-so numb in the entire scenario I-donot actually wish to get into specifics! Although lengthy history small... I had been provided LOTS OF incorrect info through my whole buying connection with a sectional 6 days before. Speaking with the client support representatives has quit me in holes. Our furniture is on back-order and after studying additional grievances I worry it'll continue being pressed out further and additional. AFW appears to care less how inconvenienced their clients are in the place of paying them for that benefit of client commitment/joy! I am thinking if I must simply return it today to check out one elsewhere that will makeup for almost any back purchasing with great customer support??? I might publish another criticism later with increased depth after I get my power and sanity back from talking to these terrible customer support representatives! Certainly NEVER-NEVER encounter any company operate in this way and am shocked that they'll maintain clients returning!

If this case I am coping with isn't solved, I'll do around possible to distribute the term about how bad the support with AFW is!!!
