I requested one SCSI CDR travel that was included using the Adaptec CD-Inventor application and also the cable for connecting the CDR travel towards the soundcard. What I obtained was a CDR drive produced by another producer than what I requested that didnot actually function (was totally lifeless - wouldn't react to related energy by any means), NO-CD-Inventor application, along with a cable that didnot actually mate as much as their very own CDR travel.

I sent everything back after calling and obtaining an RMA number. Three months later I acquired their next test. This time I acquired a CDR push that did work-this time (but was nevertheless from another producer than what I requested and from what their site was marketing), the cable did indeed mate as much as the CDR generate this time around, but nonetheless NO-CD-Inventor application.

I called and named and emailed and emailed. I held a record also it came to about 4-to 5 tried connections daily. I had been usually ethical, no YELLING CAPITALS in my own emails or profane language of any sort.

Eventually after of a week they did return a phone contact (they'd never reply the telephone, it had been usually on an automatic answering program), plus they guaranteed to deliver the Disc-Author application out that evening. No apologies.

Which was 6 months ago. I still haven't obtained the program that I settled for.

It was let me make it clear absolutely the worst support I've actually obtained from the company of any sort. I'll never patronize their company again, and that I might highly recommend which you think hard before purchasing something from Amazingvalue.com.
