Captcha creator website has a big logo that states 60 days 100% unconditional money back guarantee for their software. We purchased the software but had trouble getting it to work. We are pretty compentent people so we emailed their tech support for suggestions. No reply for 1 week. I emailed again and waited a week with no reply. We could not get software working so I asked for a refund and got... No reply. I issued a claim with paypal but paypal said the software was delivered and per their terms of service they only cover items if they are not delivered or if it is a physical product that is broken. So I came here to list my grievance. Dont purchase their software. If you want a copy I'll sell you mine... For $. 01. Which is about what its worth.
