Surprisingly, I found nothing on this business when I searched here, so this will be the first, and hopefully more will follow.

First of all, when filling out this report I couldn't answer most of the questions, because based on their website, you can't find out where they're located, and you can't find a phone number anywhere. Two things right there I should've known from the start as why not to trust them, but I was desperate to fix my hard drive. So I found the information from a Whois lookup on their domain. The only thing they have is a contact form and email, both of which you won't get an answer from.
