AT&T (Apple iPhone) was unable to provide me with incoming call service for 4 days (when you called my phone, both lines, it went directly to voice mail). When I called to report the problem, thier response was that they "did not know" what was wrong. Unfortunatly I was running a newspaper ad, which cost me $1,299.00, at the same time as the phone issue. This FORCED me to purchase a telephone service that WAS OPERATIONAL.

I told AT&T that, in fact, they had broken thier contract with me and to cancel my service. AT&T stated that, if I cancelled, they would charge me a $175.00 per line (2) early termination fee. It was AT&T who violated the terms by not providing service for 5 days with NO viable explanation.

It seems that every month I have a problem, be it extranous charges or billing issues.

It begs the question of just how many AT&T customers are having the same issues and either not noticing them or not reporting them!!
