Ok people i received a letter from nco so i called made pmt arrangements

Ok people i received a letter in dec 08 i called and made pmt arrangements, the guy told me if i would pay it off by dec 31 08 they would drop 137.00 and it would be paid in full. Sounded good you know since things are tight right know. Anyway i made the pmts. I asked the guy if he could give me something stating that it will be paid in full he told me he could not until i had a zero balance. So i make my last pmt dec 31 08 no big deal... Thinking everything is good well guess what i get a email alert that my husbands credit report had some activity on it on jan 5,09. I go and check it and it has medclear inc balance of 264.00 did not have a clue of what it was. So i surf the net trying to find out who this is finaly on this web site i find a name and #. I call and i talk to seven yes thats right 7 different people (1 hour on the) before they could tell me that they will put a note in my file to have a zero balance and to call back in a couple of days to see if it shows as a 0.00 balance. And they cant do anything about the credit report until then it show a 0.00 bal. So in the mean time this goes against his credit. They expect us to make it right, but they dont want to hold up to there end. Thats whats wrong with the world today. The sad thing is i paid on my bill every month they still turned me over to a collection agency. Not every one can just hand over that kind of money. All i want is to have this matter cleared up and off his credit because that is how we get the things we need. I did the right thing and i expect them to do the same. I will never do this kinda of thing again promise.
