Tried to purchase a gps and 2 days later was called and told by one of the sales rep. That item was not in stock for immediate delivery and was given the option to cancel or be place on back order i told them to cancel the order and checked with credit card company and i wasn't charged end of story about 30 days later while i was paying some bills online i found that a day before i was charged $70.00 and i call them the same day and ask the why i was charged that amount and was told that the order was sent to me after explaining to them that the order was cancel 2 days after it was placed by myself after i was given the opportunity to do so.

And was told by the arrogant rep on customer service that they didn't have any cancellation and that i have to take delivery and was hang the phone. Oh boy thank god there weren't in the tri-state area... Called 5 times before i god someone that gave a crap and was promised a full refund. As long as the package was sent back unopened no problem i told my mail woman and it was returned i never handled the package sounded good yea right!!!

2 month after the ordeal i found out that they charge me $19.00

Not talking about the harrasment calls you get from this people

Every time you try calling them the computer foward your number to some sales reps and that when the calls begins some time up to four calls in one day just for that one call and if you don't belief here the freaking #1 866 559 7588 have fun by the way they 3 out of 4 they don't speak english and if you want them to hang up tell them that you want to return a merchandise ask them for customer service and they pass you to a mail box that tells you it can't take a message because is full... Way of doing business after all i guess we were lucky we only lost $19.00
