Double charge in 2 month even i cancelled the service

I order the free trial kit online on July 20. Then found out I can't use it because of my composite teeth. Checked my credit card statement, I was charged $87.47 (which I have no idea what fee it is) and 3.87 for shipping. Called back on August 19th to cancel the service. Bae, (their customer rep.) kept telling me to check my e-mail from her and modify the order. I told her I just want to cancel the service and get money back. She explained that $87.47 is a one-time life time membership fee, and I can't get full refund even I return the product cause I passed the 14 day trial. I returned the product on Aug. 21st.in September, when I got my credit card statement, found that I was charged $87.47 again the same day (Aug. 19) I cancelled the service, no any refund from the company. Called back again, they transferred me to their superviser after holding me on for over 15 minutes. She said it's not one-time life time membership fee, you get charged every month if you have the service. It's just happened to be the same day I cancelled the service. Oh, really? Not even 30 day circle!" You will get partial refund for your latest charge. "and hang up. That's her answer. Did I get my refund? Never! Thanks to my credit card company, they gave me the credit back after I explained what happened to me. I called this company at least three times. Every time I talked to the same sounded foreign accent girl but different names. And every time she kept asking me repeating my address and phone number as well as username, but only can take concerns, then transferred to her superviser who basically the same sounded as her after listening to the music for 15 minutes. They are a group of internet scammer to me. Be very careful when you order online, check their reputations first before you give out your credit card information!
