Worst Service In My Life

Do not buy anything from Matress One. I purchased a very expensive bed (Matress Model: Crystal Value) for 2,352 dollars, and within a month of having it the bed was sunken in in several places and all the sewing on top was ripping open to reveal the insides of the mattress. The store refused to give me back my money, did not want to consider the warranty information, and instead made me exchange the mattress for another model. I had to pay a 200 dollar difference for this, and when it was time to exchange the beds in my home, the new excuse not to change it was because the delivery men said it was dirty and they would could not exchange a dirty bed. I had full documentation of my bed in pictures to prove that this was not true, and when I asked for an inspection of my mattress, the owners of the store said that this was not necessary, that the delivery man's opinion was all that mattered.

After visiting the store three times, and speaking with the manager of the store, it was agreed that a Sealy representative would have to authorize the exchange. After I was able to get in contact with that person, and send him pictures (they refused to come to the house to see for themselves), then I was finally able to exchange the mattress. Warranty is supposed to be 20 years, it's ridiculous that this $2,000 mattress broke in 30 days.

The second part of my nightmare begins with the delivery of the box spring. Upon delivery of the new model, I noticed that the box spring was dirty and broken in several places. This was on December 30. I was told that a new, clean one would be brought back the very same day. This was a complete lie, and it was not until today, on the 6th of January when I received the box spring.
