Bad service

I ordered a new Sony HDR-SR 11 Handycam at an unbelievably low price. Received the same E-mail to call and confirm and same aggressive pressure to buy overpriced accessories. I succumbed to the pressure and bought an overpriced battery and charger. About 1/2 hour later, I thought better of it and called back to cancel the order. I was informed by "Brian" that the order had already been shipped and could not be cancelled— pretty miraculous given that others who did not fall for the pitch were being told the camera was backordered.

When I received the camera, there were two still pictures on it that were obviously taken by a previous user. It appears that what I received was not a new camera but a customer return or refurb.
