False Warranty. Sit N Sleep will sabotage and void warranty

Purchased a mattress a year ago and due to severe sagging, am having it replaced under warranty. Per Sit N Sleeps instructions I had the mattress cleaned which was covered by the warranty of the mattress pad that was purchased with the bed, and then had it inspected to check the validity of the claim. After the cleaning and inspection I was granted an instore credit for half of what I paid. Twice I attempted to purchase a new mattress and headboard but on both attempts of delivery, the delivery men pointed to pin sized specks or discoloration on the mattress which truly didn't exist, and refused to exchange my old mattress with the new products I purchased.in the end i have had this bed cleaned three times and the mattress cleaner scratches his head over the alleged stains or specks pointed out by the delivery men.

This mattress is immaculate yet Sit N Sleep delivery team does everything they can to void the warranty.in fact on the second attempt the delivery men noticed nothing on mattress while inspecting it in my room so they felt they had to drag my old mattress outside for a better view and lay it on the wet cement and up against the dry wall of the side of the house then accuse me of having stains on the bed and returning it inside and taking off in the truck with my new bed!

Also, each time I had the bed cleaned, customer service informed me they had to wait 1 week before attempting to redeliver/exchange the mattress because there is a 90% chance stains return.in other words they want to wait and increase their chances of spotting any flaw so they can void the warranty.

The mattress manufacture will not deal with me directly, so I am stuck with Sit N Sleep and their scheme.
