Forged signature on contract

Rum River Lumber sells building materials to the public. When the econimy started going bad they tried to secure income by forcing all thier contractors to sign contracts to continue using them.

I did not sign the contract and quit using the company. I assumed that I would not every deal with them again. They decided that they needed more money so they wrote up a contract for approximatly $35000 forged my signature on it and filed a lawsuit. I was unaware of anything going on until I got a letter from the courts saying I owe the company the money.

Thier lawyers are very secrative are very unwilling to say what thier deal is and seemed really happy that I did not find out about the case until the got the default judgement.

Rum River Lumber is now getting court orders to take my assets to pay for thier phony contract that will cost me about $20000 that I don't have.
