My company was looking to back up our files. We found this Valley Office Solutions company in Youngstown OH which is close to where we do business. After a long meeting with them in person, I was left to believe that I would be trialing Valley Office Solutions services for a period of 6 months. I did not sign anything. Now, Valley Office Solutions is trying to sue me stating that I signed a 5 year contract with them. The papers they have do not have my signature on them. They have a forged signature. My lawyers have all the documented proof to show that this contract was forged.

Do not do business with Valley Office Solutions or valleyoffice.com. They will scam you and waste your time and money on legal expenses. I have found 20 others who have the same claims as me and we are currently organizing a class action lawsuit against Valley Office Solutions.
