ASF and LA Boxing
Changing contract without my signature or knowledge and took money several times unauthorized from bank account

I signed a contract with LA Boxing for a twelve month membership. Originally had them do a withdrawl out of my bank for payment until they continued to overcharge my account. I spoke with them several times about this and after four months of this I put a stop payment on my account. I also had a twelve month contract with them and six days before the contract was to end someone from thier company extended the contract without my knowledge or consent and signature. They still send me bills and expect me to abide by the new contract that I never agreed to, and expect me to pay. The branch manager is very rude, unprofesional and unwilling to help resolve this and the business manager is unwilling to help as well.
The billing is with ASF International and they tell me a different story each time I call of why the account is still active even though I have copies of letters cancelling the contract. They have yet to tell me why there is a new contract without my signature and why they are holding me accountable for this contract.
Both LA Boxing and ASF are a joke and they will rip you off, do not sign anything with these people they will take your money authorized or not and try keeping you in a fraudulent contract that you never signed.
I would love to see them take me to court, I have every bit of paperwork showing the dishonesty and fraud they have commited.
