Someone with southern linc forged my signature on contract. First said my wife forged it and then changed their mind. Was told that i would not have to pay 200.00 fee for cancelling early and then billed for it. Said that person or persons who okayed it-did not have authority to do so.
I would like to know if anything can be done about them forging my signature-you can look at "the contract" and tell that the same person signed both names. I have copies of my signature that proves i didn't do it.
I never had a copy of my contract-until this came up-and then they faxed me one.
My wife signed me up and i never went into the office.
She came home and stated-"i am surprised that they didn't ask me to sign a contract." so therefore we assumed that there wasn't one, until this came up!!
