Rip-off

I made a payment over the phone with a $277 post date 2/7. They didn't take it out so I called on 2/20. They showed no record of it. So, they said pay us $344 now. So I did.

Now on 2/27 the $227 just got taken out that was supposed to be taken out on 2/7. So they double billed me and said they can't fix it now. Those jerks. Now I can't make my car payment. That pisses me off big time.
