I send my payments through regular mail and Merrick Bank says they did not receive it. This time it has been 11days and they still keep saying they don't have the payment.
The time before they said they didn't receive the payment I sent a second payment through Western Union because if I didn't they would charge me a late fee. Later that same day they posted my regular payment.
