Bad service

They are legally criminals, and I am taking them to court. They charged my credit card in 9/13/00 for an auction I was not even aware I won. I then waited until October to cancel the order, in which they said they could not. After being treated rudely by a Heather, and the Customer Service Supervisor, (she wouldn't give me her name), the order was cancelled with a 15% restock fee, even though it had been more than the 30 business days agreement that their website stated.in December I asked my credit card to refund my account, but the credit was recharged a few days ago because the company no longer exsisted, and they had no way of attaining their money back. Since it was for $146.00, it was below the $500.00 theft minimum, and I am responsible for it. If anyone would like to get in contact with me, we may be able to tally for a large law suit against this company that wronged us. I am also sending my complaint along with these notices I read to the BBB in California where they are listed, along with my state.
