Personalcarewholesaler.com Did not refund credit card charge after order was cancelled, despite promises to issue refund

My experience with Personal Care Wholesaler (personalcarewholesaler.com) is similar to what others reported credit card charged for order never delivered; no credit received when order cancelled.

I placed an order for a carton of toothbrushes in February and my credit card account was charged a few days later for the full amount of the order, including shipping. The order was never shipped. After a couple of inquiries as to the status of the order I was informed in April that they could not provide the item I ordered. The customer service contact said they would cancel the order and refund my credit card in a few days. As of May 24 I have yet to receive the credit I am owed, despite numerous email requests. I plan to file a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General in addition to posting my complaint here and on similar websites.
