Auction Road fraudulently charged my credit card. Upon calling their toll free number and listening to their "pitch" I agreed to try their services - with the understanding that they would refund my money if I cancelled within 30 days.

So I agreed, and was specifically told they would charge my credit card $9.95 per month - each month. Upon checking my credit card's account balence I noticed a charge of $89.55. I did not authorize Auction Road to charge this amount to my credit card. I recently requested a refund within 30 days and send them their packet back.instead of giving a refund and honoring their 30-day gaurentee, they just keep giving me telemarketing calls.

I also noticed that Auction Road has over a hundren complaints with the BBB in California.
