Charge me for a service that was not authorized during a survey

Apparently this company is frauduently tricking consumers into their when the consumer thinks they are taking a survey. I have called the company three times since September each time they say the charge will be credited back to my AT & T bill and it has not now it is showing a past due amount. I have talked to AT & T to get them involved with what this company is doing and they are assisting in getting my corrected.
