Non delivery of merchandise purchased

I ordered from Amazon.com and McLendon's was supposed to send me merchandise. They shipped it USPS. The tracking number is showing it was delivered however I have not received any merchandise. The other companies that I ordered from all delivered via courier UPS and FedEx. It has now been two weeks and I still have not received it.

When I inquired about where it was I was told to contact my local post office. My local post office said sorry they are not sure what happened to it. Most companies to satisfy a customer would have replaced the missing item but I was just told sorry there is nothing we can do for you.

I appreciate spending money and not getting anything.
