National Tobbaco Survey & consumer Smoking Survey is r.J. Reynolds involved in ripoff with tobbaco&consumer surveys?

Became involved with tobacco survey. Did'nt mind ordering some stuff, it's stuff i'll use. So what is the rip off? Before I qualified for $100 visa gift card the page froze, when it returned I was at start page wanting me to reopen and start over. I recieved email from R.J. Reynolds&Advertising.com.inc, thanking me for joining up with them. I NEVER contacted either of them. Advertising.com.inc is located in Md. Of course R.J. Reynolds is in N.C. I attempted to email both. R.J. Reynolds was sent, no reply. Advertising.com.inc, could not even be sent.invalid email address. My conclusion is that either one or both are involved in this rip of. Is one of the biggest companies (R.J. Reynolds) in the United States involved in this schem? Given the evidence it would seem so! What do you think?
