Where Is The Survey?

After shopping in Pier 1, I was told to visit the site and take a brief survey. There is no survey apparently because no one can find it! In order to get the $10 off the nxt $50.00 complete the survey. I now think that it's a scam. The survey should be easy to access and consumers should not have to waste 30 minutes looking on a website to still not find what they were looking for in the first place.
