Missing Parts... Can't Reach Company

Okay so I have delt with this company in the past and had a good expirence with them until now.

It seems since the recall of their items I can't seem to get a hold of ANYONE! I have tried emails, they get sent back to me. I have tried calling but get nothing as though the line is disconnected. What is going on???

I am missing a bolt for my son's crib and really need this part so it is safe for him to use.
