The crib is falling to pieces

I own a Simplicity crib. My daughter almost fell through the bottom. The inserts that you screw the screws into have come out of the side of the bed so the whole mattress and frame fell to the floor. They are very lucky that my child was not harmed.

On trying to contact them, the phone number listed is not in service. I also recieved my e-mail back saying that the e-mail address was non-existant. I am very upset with this company.
